Shipping policy

SHIPPING MODE
Shipping is free within Italian territory, unless otherwise specified. 
For all other destinations the shipping cost will be clearly highlighted in 
the cart before payment.

Express shipments are made via DHL courier or SDA express.Shipments to Italy.
San Marino, Vatican City, EU can be accompanied by a simple receipt/invoice.
Non-EU shipments from lesolferine.com will be accompanied by invoice,
declaring the value of the individual items in euros.
DELIVERY TIME
Lesolferine.com ships worldwide via DHL courier with EXPRESS service.

Availability
Items already available are immediately prepared for delivery to the courier,
will be delivered in 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
For orders placed during the weekend (from 7pm on Friday to 9am on Monday).
The shipping time starts from the first following working day.

Items to order
In the case of "Special Order" items,
these will be shipped as soon as they are available in stock.
Payment takes place at the time of ordering, 
although the goods are shipped later in the season upon arrival 
at the warehouse.
The dates will be communicated at the time of the "Special Order".
Lesolferine.com may request the Bank or Paypal to verify the transaction, 
also by contacting the counterparty bank. 
The Bank verification may cause some shipping delays.

Estimated delivery times door to door from shipment date:

  • Italy: The next day (for orders placed before 3pm) 1-2 days.
  • USA and Canada: 1-5 business days depending on destinations.
  • Europe: 2-4 business days for major destinations.
    for remote destinations up to 2-5 days.
  • Latin America: 3-4 working days
  • Asia-Middle East: 2-5 working days
  • Australia and Oceania: 2-5 working days for main destinations.
    for remote destinations up to 4-7 days.

DELIVERY OF PURCHASE

Upon arrival of the goods at the address indicated in the order, 
the Customer is kindly requested to carefully inspect the package 
before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. 
The lesolferine.com package is carefully packaged in an envelope 
with lesolferine.com adhesive tape, placed around the package as 
a guarantee seal against tampering.

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with 
or if the adhesive tape is not intact, the Customer is kindly asked 
to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse the delivery. 
In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized 
signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, 
Customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier 
and report the fact to the email address customercare@lesolferine.com
Every Customer who places an order on lesolferine.com establishes a 
commercial relationship with lesolferine.com and therefore undertakes 
to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered 
for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always 
absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses 
delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties must be deducted 
from the refund due to the customer once the goods have been returned 
and returned.

WARRANTY
As regards the products sold on the site, LeSolferine.com gives a 
legal guarantee of conformity, provided for by the Consumer Code 
in articles. 128 ff. In the case of sale to the Consumer, the 
guarantee is 24 months for items that are not used or compromised 
by incorrect use or forcibly compromised in their integrity.

the product is used incorrectly. In the event of a return, 
the buyer accepts the condition by accepting the purchase. For further

INSURANCE
lesolferine.com shipments are insured free of charge,
against theft and accidental damage. 
Once the shipment reaches its destination,
the insurance loses its validity.
