Refund policy

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with her purchase, 
unworn items can be returned for - Size change: free (only one change allowed) - Purchase voucher: free - Refund: return charged - Costs: -Italy €15 (€15 voucher on your next purchase) -European Union €25 (€25 voucher on your next purchase) -Rest Of the World €39 (€39 voucher on your next purchase) -Further requests for replacements for the same item must be agreed. The request can be made directly from the customer account,
WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer or
whoever on his behalf to the delivery address
indicated in the order. The security thread on the items (clothing) to be returned must not be cut
or broken. Footwear and accessories must not have been used.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show 
any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition
and have no marks of any kind.Each item must be returned including
all labels, packaging and original accessories
(bags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their
original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral
part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or
altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging. Returns must be sent inside the lesolferine.com box or in the packaging
in which they were delivered; the use of alternative packages or packaging
will result in a charge to the return costs.In the event that errors occur
in shipments by lesolferine.com, you are asked to follow the same
instructions above. lesolferine.com reserves the right to request photographic
evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping
costs for returning the goods to its premises. Swimsuits and underwear
(bikinis, briefs, boxers, etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear.
Returns of such items will be refused and returned to the Customer
if the transparent hygienic protection label has been removed, or
if the items show signs of use. Returns authorized by lesolferine.com
must be shipped from the same country where the original order
was delivered. lesolferine.com reserves the right not to accept returns shipped with
couriers other than the one indicated in the email with the return
instructions if delivery involves additional costs for lesolferine.com
or requires collection from a branch of the courier itself. lesolferine.com
also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply
with all the conditions laid down.
lesolferine.com is not responsible for poor return shipping (although we organize it
for customers'convenience). If the customer does not carefully follow the
instructions, customer must consider hin/herself responsible for the return shipping
until delivery. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation
for distance trading applies.
